-Male with pleasing personality.
-Candidate should have a certificate of a professionally trained institute. Having a minimum of 2 years of working experience in hotel, restaurant, catering or a hospitality industry. Should have advanced information on hygiene, its monitoring systems and principles.

-Creative and able to demonstrate the ability to produce the listed menu of the system. Flexibility to the requirement of the unit and pleasing personality.

-Knowledge in continental cuisine and food presentation would be of advantage.

-Experience in running a kitchen, including food costing, personnel management and inventory management and control is of advantage.
